“Submitted Content” means any content or materials submitted, posted, uploaded, or transmitted by users via the Website.
You are solely responsible for uploading Listings and providing complete, accurate, and current information, data, and imagery.
Listings must be submitted manually. Use of bots, spiders, or automated means to submit Listings is strictly prohibited.
You represent and warrant that you have the right and authority to submit Listings and that you are not doing so on behalf of unauthorized third parties.
Listings must be submitted by either the business owner or a duly authorized broker operating under a current exclusive listing agreement.
You agree to maintain valid and up-to-date contact information, including email and phone number, to ensure proper communication.
You grant Only EIN the right to publish, display, and distribute Listings across its platform and affiliated networks, at its sole discretion.
Listings must be removed immediately if the opportunity is no longer available.
Listings that remain inactive for more than 365 days may be marked “Off Market” or removed.
You may not re-submit a removed or expired Listing solely to manipulate status or visibility.
Contact information is strictly limited to designated fields; inclusion of contact details in images, descriptions, or elsewhere is prohibited.
Listings may not be used to market more than one business opportunity.
All inquiries must be responded to professionally and within 72 hours.
Only EIN reserves the right to remove or restrict Listings for:
Businesses that are not active or “established,” unless they meet strict criteria (e.g., open for at least one year, consistent revenue, etc.).
Internet-based businesses without a verified business URL.
Certain restricted business categories (e.g., cannabis, cryptocurrency, professional services, etc.), at the Company’s discretion.
You are solely responsible for your Submitted Content.
You must ensure all submissions are lawful, virus-free, and do not infringe any third-party rights.
By submitting content, you grant Only EIN and its partners an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, distribute, and otherwise exploit the content in any format now known or later developed.
You waive any moral rights in the Submitted Content.
Only EIN may monitor, modify, or remove any Submitted Content at its sole discretion but has no obligation to do so.
Listings must be fully paid in advance based on term and monthly rate.
Listings auto-renew monthly unless canceled in writing at least 10 business days before renewal.
Subscriptions must be paid in full at the beginning of each term.
Auto-renewal terms apply unless canceled in writing at least 10 business days prior to term end.
Broker and agent profiles must represent actual licensed intermediaries with valid exclusive listing agreements.
Agents must operate under the licensing broker’s account and may not submit Listings independently.
Broker and agent accounts may be restricted to certain geographic regions.
All communications between prospective buyers and Listing owners or brokers must occur through the designated contact form or contact fields.
You agree not to include direct contact details in the body of Listings or in images.
If you request broker referral services through Only EIN, you represent that:
All business information is accurate.
You have a genuine intent to sell within a reasonable timeframe.
If you enroll as a broker in the Seller Lead Program:
You agree to be billed per match, regardless of outcome.
You may set a monthly budget.
You understand that receipt of leads does not guarantee a successful deal.
Only EIN makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any Listing or Submitted Content. All Listings are posted “as-is” without warranties of any kind. You assume full responsibility for any reliance on such content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Only EIN shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the Website, including any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Only EIN and its officers, directors, affiliates, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Website, your Listings, or your Submitted Content.
Only EIN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Continued use after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
